We use environmentally friendly cleaning products, and we change out the shower curtains once every 2 weeks. I will say we have a hardworking staff which takes their job seriously and has pride in their work, and they enjoy interacting with our guests. As to the cleanliness, I must defer to the guests as they were there. It only takes 5 minutes for the heaters, brand new as of 2006, to heat up the cabin. Was the cabin cold when the guests arrived?
